Spanish All Purpose Seasoning is an all-purpose Hispanic seasoning. Use for barbecues, roast vegetables, pulled pork, or to season Haloumi. Treat as a general all purpose seasoning, to sprinkle on food before, or even after cooking.
Culinary Use
Blend with olive oil, wine vinegar and garlic to make marinade to flavor grilled meat or poultry dishes. To penetrate the flavor to the meat, let it rest in the marinade for a few hours prior to grilling.
