What Is Coriander Powder?
Coriander powder is made from the roasted and ground seeds of the coriander plant. When the plant has passed its productive cycle, it bolts and creates small, round, light brown fruit or seeds. These seeds are then either dried in the sun for a few days or pan-roasted until fragrant. The seeds are then blended in a spice grinder or a dry grinder jar to make coriander powder.
